Best place to vacation in Florida during February?

Question by Curious?: Best place to vacation in Florida during February?
I currently live in Florida.
I'm trying to plan a vacation for my girlfriend's birthday during the month of February. Thinking it's going to be a little too cold during that month for the typical Florida vacation such as beaches, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Also because we live in Florida and can do the typical Florida things pretty much whenever, trying to find a unique vacation idea that also won't break the bank.
