where can I go on a last minute kid friendly vacation?

Question by : where can I go on a last minute kid friendly vacation?
I am looking for a last minute kid oriented vacation to take in the next week-ish timeframe. I live in Austin and would ideally like to be able to drive there or fly pretty inexpensively. Or a vacation package deal type thing would be good too. Any suggestions are welcome but please be specific - not just go to the lake or go camping. (I know I should have planned ahead but I've learned my lesson)
