How is Disney World the first week of February/last week of January?

Question by Ja: How is Disney World the first week of February/last week of January?
I'm trying to plan out my Disney World vacation and I'm wondering how the parks are during the last week of January and the first week of February. How is the weather? Crowds?

Also, bonus points if anyone can tell me when Disney will have 2010 vacation booking stuff up on their website.
