Which is the better deal, Universal Studio or Disney World for a vacation?

Question by bizarre_habit: Which is the better deal, Universal Studio or Disney World for a vacation?
I'm 27 and wanting to take my 16 year old sister on a vacation to one of the two parks. Which one has more to see/do? Which has the most rides and more to offer people our age?

Also, if we bought a Disney World vacation package are there discounts for Universal tickets?

We're planning on going in late June, spending at least 3 days in parks.
