What are some great honeymoon spots in Florida?

Question by AA: What are some great honeymoon spots in Florida?
I am getting married in Miami (South Beach!). I would like to also honeymoon in Florida, but NOT Miami or Tampa.

Any ideas - whether it is general areas of Florida, or if you know of any specific resorts?
