Q&A: what would be the best honeymoon destination?

Although we aren't engaged yet, I'm looking up honeymoon destinations. I have a few guideline then would love to hear from where you all have stayed or recomend. Ideally I would like to keep it around $ 3500-$ 4000 and definitely no more than $ 5k, I would NOT like a cruise, would like all inclusive and it HAS to be on the beach, any beach. finally, I would rather it not be in the US, unless Hawaii has an all inclusive
