Are Disney World Tickets included with a Disney hotel?

Question by Missy M: Are Disney World Tickets included with a Disney hotel?
I am trying to plan a Disney world vacation for my family and cannot figure out if tickets to the park are included with the stay at a Disney hotel? Does anyone know? I know I had heard on TV or read somewhere that tickets are included in all Disney stays?
